At the moment I only despatch within the UK from my website. If you require shipping outside the UK please contact me via my contact page and I will get back to you.
Order Confirmation - On placing your order, you will receive an email confirming details to the email address that you provided.
Items that are made to order will be despatched direct from the manufacturer please allow 5-7 days.
Hand Finished Prints could take up to 14 days to allow me to hand finish them.
Original Artwork will be posted out in 3-4 working days.
If there are any issues with delivery you will be notified by email and kept up to date with any tracking if applicable.
Please check your SPAM email if you haven’t received your confirmation email.
Please note that refunds can only be given for damaged or faulty goods. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please take photos of damage and the original packaging and email me at susienivenart@outlook.com (with proof of purchase) to request a refund and I will try my best to resolve the issue for you.
Please do not send items without requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
